Beginner classes are designed for those who are interested in beginning the yoga practice - no experience needed!

Do you want to start yoga but have never done a class before? Unsure of the practice and feel very inflexible? Don't worry! These 4 yoga classes are a great introduction to the practice of Hatha yoga.

Develop a daily practice and explore movement through this series. Ultimately, yoga is a powerful tool to calm the mind, release tension, and feel stronger and more confident in your body.

4 Beginner Classes will leave you feeling amazing:

  • The first class will cover basic poses and moving through flows while learning to breathe deeply.
  • The Back to Basics class will introduce you to important concepts in yoga practice ensuring the correct formation of poses.
  • Breathe and Connect will focus on using the breath to connect to the body and mind, allowing deep relaxation.
  • The Energising Back-bend flow will introduce you to simple to more advanced backbends to open up and feel incredible. This is a really fun class to end the series. 

This series introduces you to the correct way of breathing and teaches you to match movement to your breath to enhance your practice. In the end, you will learn the Foundations of yoga flow such as the Sun Salutation, seated stretches, balance, and backbends.

Although these classes are designed for beginners, this does not mean they are easy. They will challenge you to grow and expand your limits.
