We often carry worries and fear that do not serve us, and in this program, we build a safe space to release these emotions. This series includes 4 hour-long intention focussed classes.

In the Yoga for Stress Relief series, we use yoga to let go and breathing techniques to let go of tightness and tension in the body. We often carry worries and fear that do not serve us, and in this program, we build a safe space to release these emotions.

Create an outlet for stress where you can boost your mood, increase your energy, and ultimately feel great. The last class is an introduction to Power Yoga, which will challenge you to work up a sweat and leave you lean and toned. This series includes 4 hour-long intention focussed classes.

What we will work through:

  • De-stress Hatha Flow - Firstly, release stress and tension in this back-to-basics class.
  • Flow Into Mobility - ensure long-term muscle and joint health with this practice where we focus on stabilising through poses.
  • Dissolve Stress - Soothe anxiety with this grounding practice that will help you to feel strong and confident in body and mind.
  • Tone Up practice - Lastly, sweat out the stress as you build strength and stamina with this fast-paced flow.

The flows are shaped with intention, allowing you to subsequently let go and release. Crystal will guide you through mindfulness techniques and the correct way to breathe throughout the practice. As a result, the perfect stage is set to lose yourself in the flow and come out feeling renewed.

In this series you will:

  • Release tension and increase mobility and flexibility
  • Relieve pain in any overused muscles
  • mentally take a step back and unwind, improving mood, and enhancing sleep quality
